How Do We Store Your Data?

  • Our email provider is Gmail where all email content is stored

  • Any information that you have provided for payment purposes will be store and managed in Stripe, this includes your credit/debit card information (if you choose to store your card with us), billing address, IP address and device information

  • Your purchase history, login information, email address, password, billing address, IP address, marketing preferances & any other data provided whilst using our website will be stored and managed in Squarespace

  • Purchase information will also be stored in FreeAgent

  • Any content that you provide to us with regards to a service that you have purchased will be stored on DropBox

  • Form data is handled by Squarespace and Google Forms, submissions are stored in Gmail, Google Forms and/or Google Drive

  • Analytical data is store in both Squarespace and Google Analytics, this data is anonymised

  • Your IP address will be recorded in CookieYes to log your cookie conscent preferances

Unless you have proceeded with a sale all data will be automatically deleted after 6 months. If you have purchased a service from us then all data will be deleted after 6 years. All data will be kept where required by law.

We will not send you any marketing materials unless you expressly agree to receive such materials.
